1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The request must be made within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (such as jewelry, innerwear, or cosmetics) may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
2. Quality Check (QC) at Delivery
We highly recommend checking the product in front of the delivery person. If you find any defect or receive the wrong product:
- You can return it immediately to the delivery man.
- Please contact our support team at support@meyeghor.com or via our hotline right away.
3. Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Standard exchange delivery charges will apply (e.g., ৳80 within Dhaka and ৳150 outside Dhaka).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are typically issued through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, Meyeghor will bear the cost of the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra charge.
